Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 10 days from the purchase date for manufacture defects or other issues agreed upon through communications. The products must be in like new condition and arrive back at our facility in like new and/or resellable condition. Returns and what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of WAYPOINT VEHICLES. 

Returns are not accepted on “custom” products. Once a custom order is place and work has begun it is no longer cancelable. Any Ultimate Power Package order is considered custom. 

Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum boxes that are drilled for mounting etc.

Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of WAYPOINT VEHICLES. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a 25% restocking fee. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received back at the WAYPOINT VEHICLES offices in like new condition and free from damage. Please email hello@waypointvehicles.com for a return authorization before shipping.

Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of WAYPOINT VEHICLES. WAYPOINT VEHICLES will do its best to work with the customer to locate the packages.

Any modifications, damage or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use a WAYPOINT VEHICLES product or third party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. WAYPOINT VEHICLES will not refund, pay, repair or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.


Cancellation Policy

If an order is placed online or over the phone and a credit or debit card is used, there will be a 5% transaction fee for all cancelled orders. Please be sure to check stock, dimensions, details, application and any other information you need to be sure about the items you are ordering.
