ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $25 applies to orders shipping to the continental United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@waypointvehicles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
